The Town of Fairview is seeking an energetic and responsible individual to join our Aquatics team at the Fairview Regional Aquatic Centre as an L1 – Lifeguard (Lifeguard only) or L2 -Lifeguard/Instructor (Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor).
Duties:
- Put into action the principles and practice of lifesaving, lifeguarding, and first aid.
- Ensure accident prevention through appropriate safety supervision.
- Enforce facility rules and policies to the public.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance to optimize facility operation.
- Help to facilitate aquatics programming and pool events.
- Attend and contribute to regular staff training events.
- Be available to work daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts.
