The Town of Fairview is seeking a Seasonal Public Works Operator.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Public Works, the Seasonal Public Works Operator is involved in the day-to-day operation of the public works department and the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence,
• Experience in the operation of heavy equipment and graders.
• Mechanical and/or construction experience will be an asset.
• Capacity to work well individually, and in a team environment.
• Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks outdoors
